What Is Move the Mission?
Move the Mission has been the primary fundraising program of UPCI Youth Ministries for decades. Through the generous donations of youth groups, families, and supporters, MTM has raised over $183 million to fund life-changing projects that impact communities worldwide.
Here are just a few of the key areas that MTM helps support:
Missionaries in the field – From providing vehicles to help missionaries travel to remote regions of the world, to supporting their ongoing work in unreached areas, MTM ensures missionaries have the tools they need to share the gospel.
Church Planting & Outreach – MTM supports North American church planters, helping them secure the funding needed to purchase or renovate buildings, create outreach programs, and build vibrant communities of believers.
Orphanages and Children’s Homes – MTM funds incredible organizations like Tupelo Children’s Mansion and Lighthouse Ranch for Boys, giving at-risk children a chance to grow in a loving, safe environment while hearing the gospel message.
Scholarships for Students – MTM offers Move the Mission scholarships that help students pursue their calling, whether through further education, missions work, or ministry leadership training.
Adoption Services – Through New Beginnings, MTM is part of life-changing adoption services that bring children into loving, Christ-centered homes.
How It Works
MTM is a movement where youth groups take action to raise funds, and every dollar counts toward these incredible efforts. But it’s more than just giving—it’s about taking action. Each year, youth across the country rally behind this cause through fundraisers, events, and challenges to make a tangible difference in global missions.
